The Armstrong Youth Orchestra is selling Butter Braid pastries to raise money for the orchestra’s operating budget and for student scholarships. If you’re interested in purchasing Butter Braids and supporting our orchestra, please talk to one of our students, or get in touch with us and we’ll place your order! The deadline for Butter Braid sales is October 28.
AYO Returns for Fall 2020
The Armstrong Youth Orchestra is planning to resume in-person instruction for students in September. Social distancing, mask-wearing, self-monitoring and other safety protocols will be strongly recommended.

Congratulations to cellist Peter Gardner, winner of the 2020 Concerto Competition! Gardner will play the Dvorak Cello Concerto during the May 4 concert with AYO.
Spring Semester Begins Jan. 18 & 19
Saturday and Sunday, January 18 and 19, will be the first rehearsals of the Spring 2020 Semester. Rehearsals will take place in the Armstrong Fine Arts Building on the Savannah campus of Georgia Southern University.
