Atlantic Youth Orchestra (AYO)
The Atlantic Youth Orchestra (AYO) is a full-scale symphonic orchestra for advanced level music students. AYO performs standard classical orchestral repertoire at a graded Level 5-6 in the state of Georgia.
AYO rehearses on Saturday mornings at the Calvary Day School (4625 Waters Ave.). For the month of OCTOBER only, a few rehearsals may be moved to Sunday afternoons at 2:15 – 4:30. This adjustment is so we don’t conflict with Marching Band Competitions.
We strongly recommend that students playing at this advanced level should be studying with a private instructor. If you are new to the area, we will be happy to help you find an instructor.
